Return Policy
- Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and unwashed, with all original tags attached.
- The return should include all packaging material, courier receipt, invoice, and any other papers provided with the product.
- Returns will not be accepted if the product is found damaged, used, or altered.
Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and inspected by KGN Traders, we will initiate your refund immediately.
- The refund will be processed to your original source of payment or the method chosen at the time of return request.
- Depending on your payment method and bank policies, the refund may take 5-7 working days to reflect in your account.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- An order can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once processed, no cancellation requests will be accepted.
- Customers can cancel their order only before the order has been shipped/dispatched. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may still return the product under our 7-day return policy.
